1. AGREEMENT SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
FlyingFish Space operates as a modular ecosystem of web-based utility tools. Its primary offering is the JSON Pipeline data-processing cluster (repair, schema validation, transformation, and AI-assisted repair), alongside additional clusters including developer environment dashboards and AI-driven marketing logic. By accessing the platform, utilizing our documentation, or purchasing service credits, you enter into a binding legal contract. 1.1 Privacy Integration. Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that your personal and technical data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (available at: https://flyingfishspace.com/privacy). 1.2 Infrastructure and Hosting. Our infrastructure and web services are fully hosted and secured by Cloudflare, Inc., a global leader in web infrastructure. All user traffic, static assets, and edge computing (Workers) are processed through Cloudflare's global edge network (including regions in the US and Europe). Your personal data is protected by industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and enterprise-grade security protocols at the edge closest to you.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT GOVERNANCE
2.1 Professional Focus. The Services are primarily designed for professionals, developers, and business entities. By using the Services, you represent that you are acting for purposes within the scope of your commercial or professional activity and possess the legal authority to bind your entity. 2.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (e.g., UUID). Any activity performed under your account is deemed your own. 2.3 Verification. The platform reserves the right to verify user identity or business status to ensure security and compliance with international regulations.
3. MODULAR SERVICE PROVISIONS
The platform delivers specialized functionality through functional clusters. Each module is subject to specific constraints: 3.1 Data Pipeline Cluster (e.g., JSON Pipeline). These tools provide JSON-native processing: rule-based syntax repair, JSON Schema validation, and structural transformation — including conversion between JSON and CSV. The JSON Pipeline does not convert non-JSON-native source formats (e.g., PDF, email, images, XML) into JSON. Certain functionality within this cluster (e.g., AI-assisted repair) processes submitted data through a third-party AI model; this is disclosed in the applicable tool's documentation and is subject to the Privacy Policy referenced in Section 1.1. 3.2 Intelligent Logic Cluster (e.g., AI Marketing Strategist). Outputs generated by AI templates are for strategic guidance only. Users maintain 100% responsibility for the implementation and legal compliance of such outputs. 3.3 DevHUD & Geo Cluster (e.g., IP Lookup, MMDB Expert). Data is provided on an "as-is" basis for informational purposes. Users are prohibited from scraping these tools to build competing databases.
4. USER CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1 Input Data. Users retain all ownership of the data uploaded. You grant FlyingFish Space a limited, non-exclusive license to process such data solely to deliver the requested service. 4.2 License, Not Sale. All tools and documentation are licensed, not sold. FlyingFish Space retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying algorithms, source code, and branding. 4.3 AI Output Rights. You own the specific outputs generated for you by our AI tools, subject to these Terms. We do not guarantee the exclusivity or patentability of AI-generated content.
5. STARTUP TRACE & COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION
5.1 Anonymization. Users contributing to the Startup Trace archive must remove all personally identifiable information and third-party corporate identifiers. 5.2 License to Publish. By submitting content, you grant FlyingFish Space a perpetual, irrevocable, global license to publish and distribute such content anonymously. 5.3 Anti-Defamation. You represent that your contributions are truthful and do not defame any third party. The platform is not responsible for the accuracy of community-contributed post-mortems.
6. FINANCIAL TERMS AND REFUND POLICY
6.1 Credit Nature. Credits are non-monetary service vouchers, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 6.2 Credit Validity. Credits do not expire and are preserved during platform maintenance or scheduled downtime, consistent with Section 8.1. 6.3 Refund Eligibility. A refund request may be approved under either of the following conditions: (a) Standard Window: the request is submitted within 14 days after payment for the purchase is confirmed and, measured as of the time the request is submitted, (i) the Consumed Quota attributed to that purchase is less than 5% of its Purchased Quota, and (ii) fewer than 3 Valid Operations are attributed to that purchase. (b) Systemic Failure: A verified technical incident resulted in credit deductions without corresponding service delivery, confirmed via internal Log Collector data. A charge for an AI-assisted operation that did not return a usable result, where the applicable pricing states that such a charge applies, is not by itself a Systemic Failure. 6.3A Measurement. For purposes of Sections 6.3 and 6.4: (1) Shared balance; first-in, first-out. Credits are held in a single account-level balance shared by all tools and are used in the order in which they were added. Credits held before a purchase are therefore used before the credits delivered by that purchase. Usage is attributed to a purchase only to the extent it exceeds the balance held immediately before that purchase, and never beyond that purchase's Purchased Quota. (2) "Purchased Quota" means the total credits delivered with the purchase, including any bonus credits that form part of the purchased plan. (3) "Consumed Quota" means credits actually charged, as recorded in our usage records, for operations attributed to the purchase. It includes credits charged for an AI-assisted operation that did not return a usable result where the applicable pricing states that such a charge applies. Manual balance adjustments and refund-related deductions are not consumption. (4) "Valid Operation" means a request that was processed successfully and for which credits were charged, and that is attributed to the purchase under paragraph (1). Each billed step of a multi-step workflow counts as a separate Valid Operation. An operation whose charge is only partly attributed to the purchase counts as a Valid Operation. Requests rejected before processing, and requests that fail without a charge, are not Valid Operations. 6.4 Non-Refundable Scenarios. Refunds will be denied for: (i) functional misuse outside a tool's documented scope (e.g., submitting a PDF, image, or XML file and demanding JSON conversion from a tool that does not support that source format); (ii) Consumed Quota of 5% or more of the Purchased Quota, or 3 or more Valid Operations, in each case attributed to the purchase and measured as of the time the request is submitted; 6.5 Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Cooperation. You agree to first seek an amicable resolution through our official support channels — specifically via email (support@flyingfishspace.com) or our integrated support and ticketing systems (available on our Contact Us page) — before initiating any formal dispute with payment processors. To ensure system integrity, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend account access or module balances while a third-party payment dispute is pending. Unauthorized escalation without prior attempt at internal resolution may be considered an interference with the platform's operational governance.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE AND API RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to: (i) reverse engineer the tools; (ii) engage in malicious scanning or SQL injection; (iii) use automated programs to scrape Startup Trace or GeoIP data. We reserve the right to apply rate limiting without notice.
8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Maintenance Sovereignty. We reserve the right to suspend access for maintenance. User credits are protected and will not expire during downtime. 8.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question. 8.3 No Indirect Damages. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate access without liability for failure to pay fees, suspected fraudulent activity, or actions that harm the platform’s reputation.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Depending on your location and the context of the transaction, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with either:
- The laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore;
— OR —
- The laws of the People's Republic of China, for compliance and operational matters linked to our core developer infrastructure.
